Karen Kelly
Co-Vice Pres.

Karen Kelly is in her fifth year with Walla Walla Choral Society, her fourth year on the Board, and her second year as co-vice president. She is also the soprano section leader.

Karen works for General Dynamics Information Technology, on contract to the US Army Corps of Engineers, as a programmer/analyst. She also directs choirs at both Central Christian Church and Eastgate Adventist Church. She accompanies many Walla Walla High School and Garrison Middle School students at solo and ensemble contests, played piano for Wa-Hi’s production of Smokey Joe’s Cafe, and recently accompanied Wa-Hi’s production of Suessical: The Musical.

What free time she has is spent with her two little bad cats, Haldir and Arwen; and with her beautiful granddaughters, Shandra and Jazmyn. Karen’s youngest son and his wife are expecting identical twin girls in June, and she is really looking forward to that.

Karen loves to sing, play the piano, read (she owns over 4,000 books), cross-stitch, knit, and walk. She is also a self-professed Food Network junkie!
