Su Meredith

Su Meredith joined Walla Walla Choral Society in fall 2000. She is a silviculturist (forester) with the Umatilla National Forest, and has worked for the US Forest Service for 28 years. She has sung in church choirs and/or community choirs in nearly every town where she has lived. The highlight of her musical life came when she toured Italy with the Phinney Ridge Lutheran Church Chancel Choir from Seattle. They sang in St. Peter's Basilica at the Vatican and St. Mark's in Venice, as well as churches in Florence, Ravenna, and Como.

Su's hobbies include being a rabid Dawg fan (Go Huskies!), quilting, traveling, camping, and rockhounding. She lives with her husband, Jim Brain, and their two cats.
