Terry Koch
Assistant Conductor/ Librarian

Terry Koch has been a member of the Walla Walla Choral Society for at least 10 years, both as a singer, and assistant conductor/librarian. He feels if he were a musical work, he would choose the song "Vienna, City of My Dreams" because that fabled Austrian city of music is where he met and began dating the beautiful and musically-talented young woman who eventually became his wife.

Terry rates the "Tribute to Cole Porter" as one of the most excellent concerts the Choral Society has presented, but there are many others that rate equally in excellence, notably the recent "Serenade to Music" (Oct. of 2003).

Terry has degrees in music education and has been an elementary/junior high school music specialist for over 35 years, and in addition, has also taught on the high school and college levels. He feels that singing with the Choral Society provides a special fellowship with those who love the vocal arts and creates wonderful opportunities to make beautiful memories by sharing the gift of song with the community.
